Partner companies gain access to our experienced, hands-on senior team as well as our extensive relationships across the global financial services industry. This value-added approach can assist management teams in realizing an ambitious business plan or overcoming significant near-term challenges.
Target Partner companies
Triple P seeks to partner with financial services companies that currently reach or have the potential to reach underserviced retail and MSME clients. Examples of the types of businesses we partner with include:
Insurance: Life, Non-life, health, agencies, brokers as well as related service companies (e.g. TPAs)
Specialty Lending: Consumer, SME, agriculture, pawn shops, alternative lenders (e.g. peer-to-peer)
Payments: Mobile money, agent banking, ATM networks, remittances
Asset Managers: Pensions, asset managers
Typical Profile of investments
Invest a minimum of US $3 million
Seat on Board of Directors
Partner with management teams as a thought partner
Hold common equity, preferred equity, convertible or equity-related securities
Remain invested for 3 - 6 years
Exit through sale to a friendly strategic investor or public offering
Co-Investment
Triple P is eager to partner with limited partners, development institutions, existing shareholders, or third party investors. Co-investors are attracted to Triple P’s deep industry experience, comprehensive approach to due diligence and singular abilities in value creation. We look for an alignment of interests with other co-investors that is founded in culture and approach not just structure.
